Thomas Carter performs very well at Junior Nationals! Thomas Carter of Murrysville PA came in First Place in the 14 and Under Singles Red bracket at the 2011 USAR 38th National Junior Olympic Championships. He and his doubles partner, Luis Torres, came in 2nd place in the 14 and Under Consolation bracket. Congratulations Thomas! You represented Pennsylvania well!
